Brian Skinner signs on as newest OSAF employee

OSAF would like to welcome Brian Skinner into his new role as an 
employee doing product management work.  Brian started working with the 
engineering group as a contractor in 2003, and now he will be officially 
signing on with OSAF as an employee.  Starting January 2004, Brian will 
be reporting to Chao Lam and helping Chao with OSAF's product management 
work.
