Mark Jaffe joins OSAF staff

OSAF would like to welcome Mark Jaffe 
<http://www.osafoundation.org/people.htm>, our new release engineer, who 
joins us just in time for the Chandler 0.3 release at the end of 
February. Having spent the last 10 years in the software build & release 
processes at Apple, Claris, Taligent, SGI and others he hopes to 
untangle the chandler source tree and produce a thing of beauty.
