[Cosmo] UI Review of Dashboard and Detail View on qacosmo

Just did a quick pass over the UI on qacosmo. I can't believe how  
quickly it's come together! But as expected, I come with a moderate  
list of details to work out.

Matthew and I will be meeting tomorrow morning to go over these. Thx!

OUT OF THE BOX
+ Out of the box items should say: Chandler Hub.
+ Try out Chandler Server should be Try out Chandler Desktop.
+ We should add another OOTB item for: Run your own Chandler Server.
+ Welcome note should be the 1st NOW item in the list.

BUTTONS
+ Use 'Selected-Active' state button graphic for 'Selected' state,  
instead of Selected-Mousedown button.
+ Disable Rollover effect for 'State' buttons: View Selector, Triage  
Status
+ Use custom 'iconic' buttons for 'Go', 'Previous' and 'Next'  
pagination buttons.

COLUMN HEADERS
+ Implement 'Selected' state for the column header.
+ Column headers grow taller if you resize window.
+ 'Sentence case' for 'Updated by' and 'Starts on'.
+ Implement column header icons for Task and Triage Status columns.

Question: Matthew: do you need up/down arrows to show sort order  
direction for the Title, Updated by and Starts on columns?

COLUMNS
+ 'Updated by' column should be to the left of 'Title' to match Chandler
+ Triage Status column text should be capitalized: Now, Done, Later
+ Implement Triage Status column colors

ROWS
+ Disallow multi-select in the Dashboard
+ Always select an item in the Dashboard OR If nothing is selected,  
the Detail View should blank out.
+ White box appears in the Task column when you select a row

MISC
+ Time zone drop down is cut-off in Detail View
+ Resize quick item entry field with window
+ Display hint text: Create new note in quick item entry field
