Mimi sent out a summary of Changes to Web UI Dashboard
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-June/007398.html
+ Mimi summarized some changes that she and Matthew agreed upon
+ Making a change to a list item causing it's sort order to change
and be no longer on the page we are viewing, we continue to be
selected and display in the detail view.
+ They decided to no longer display the From/To attributes in the
WebUI dashboard since we don't deal with many message items. We will
display Updated by, Sent by, Edited by or Created by instead and we
are calling this column Edited By.
+ Mimi wanted to confirm that we were only sorting on the triage
status column

Mikeal sent an email asking for Export supported client versions
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-June/007405.html
+ Based on a list of clients sent to the dev list, Mikeal wanted to
know which specific versions of Outlook, iCal and others we are
supporting for Preview.
+ There was somewhat of a debate about why we were supporting
something like Ecco Pro.
+ Sheila clarified that we will only be supporting Outlook and iCal
and the other clients are examples of things some of our users MIGHT
import data from. We will not actively test those but engage with
people who come to the list and have problems getting their data into
Chandler. We would wait for them to tell us what version they are using.
+ For Preview we are officially supporting Outlook 2003 and iCal 2.0.x.

Phil Jones sent sent out a thread on Restructuring Chandler Quick
Entry code
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-June/007407.html
+ He and Jeffrey had been talking about a couple of different
approaches to extending the quick item entry feature and he wanted to
get some feedback on them.
+ He also cross posted to the Chandler dev list which I am assuming
picked up this discussion in more detail.

Mikeal sent out a link to iGTD, a GTD like organizer for the Mac.

Mimi sent out an Update: Custom Buttons and Icons after making some
modifications to the visuals.
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-June/007418.html

In response to the Import/Export discussion on Ecco Pro Davor
continued the discussion in a new thread - Re: Current version of
eccoproextV3.0 as provided to Yahoo ecco_pro group
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-June/007420.html
+ Davor who is familiar with Ecco Pro and used to follow the yahoo
user group thought that spending time trying to sync between Chandler
and Ecco Pro was not worthwhile.

Jeffrey started a new thread on - OOTB collections and discovering
the calendar
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-June/007421.html
+ Jeffrey proposed that we start Chandler with the Home collection
selected rather than the Dashboard. He thinks it's more common for
people to want to see a calendar view easily and it would be more
intuitive for them to get started.
+ Decision: We are going to start the app in a table view but NOT in
the dashboard collection.

Brian Kirsch sent a note about Chandler Localization String Code Freeze
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-June/007419.html
+ The localization code freeze is scheduled for July 9th.
+ Brian explained how string changes will have to be made after that.
+ For the design team, this means that we need to close on all string/
text changes before then ie: writing the welcome note.
