I've finally implemented this on all platforms, Alt-arrow now changes
weeks instead of Ctrl-arrow.

On Mac, Alt-arrow does what Ctrl-arrow does on Windows and Linux, so
it's not perfect, but I don't know many Mac users who know about that :)
