My personal top 3 are:

1. Display the default kind of item the quick entry field creates in  
each app area. In all, it's a note, in mail is a message, etc. Today  
we display the same hint text: 'Create new item' across all app  
areas. It'd be nice to be able to change the hint text: 'Create new  
note / message / task / event' as you switch app areas. https://

2. Auto-complete dropdown. Darshana and I talked a lot about having a  
drop down of command options as soon as you type into the quick entry

If you decide to take this on, we should probably have a kick-off  
meeting to get on the same page. Some of these designs may be out of  
date.

3. Currently if you create a new event with no event date/time info,  
you get an @time event starting *and* ending right now. We should  
probably follow the same rules we follow when creating new events  
from the New button in the toolbar or the New menu item. (We usually  
create a 1 hour long event starting now-ish, rounded to the next 15  
minute increment.) Jeffrey can fill you in on this.
