LOCALIZATION
Mimi and Philippe worked out a first pass at a Chandler.po
translation file. It is now checked in. Still need to do a second
pass to tweak verbiage around recurring events in emails. http://
lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-July/007487.html

BrianK sent out a 'State of Localization' report including details
about the Chandler Localization Sprints at EuroPython and next steps
for addressing some of the problems / issues people ran into at the
sprints. http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-July/
007545.html

BrianK followed up with an update detailing how we will proceed with
updates with future changes. (No more string additions / changes in
the code. BrianK will be making all changes to the .po file.) http://

CONTACTS
We continued the Contacts Design discussion on the list. But there
hasn't been a clear direction beyond the basics we agreed upon with
Ed: http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-July/

Mimi put out a 'Practical Proposal' for first steps towards implement
Contacts: http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-July/
007539.html

Mimi broke out a separate thread on modeling GTD 'Waiting fors' as a
4th communication status: Read,Unread, Needs reply, Waiting for.

RECURRENCE, SHARING & CONFLICTS
Jeffrey and Mimi clarified how deletion and removal of occurrences in
recurring event series will show up as pending changes. Deleted or
removed instances will be 'orphaned' from the series and carry
pending changes. Discarding the deletion / removal change doesn't
return the orphaned instances to the series, but it does keep them
around. http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-July/

QUICK ENTRY FIELD
We concluded that Vera should implement the 2nd 'more flexible'
option for generating reports where users can specify a time period
for reports: http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-
July/007543.html

Phil asked about quick entry bugs he could work on: http://
lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2007-July/007516.html

QA
Mimi, Aparna and Mikeal sent out the list of bugs they found in QA-
PPD Integration Test Session: http://lists.osafoundation.org/
