The fact that I was setting an Alarm on a Done item was rather perverse but
I can imagine wanting to undo a Done item that was marked Done in error
perhaps.

I can imagine a couple of scenarios where an item previously marked as
DONE, might have to be changed to another status.  For example,
  -- I might review my notes and realize that there is one more aspect
to a task that has to be addressed
  -- My boss might review the work and say that he is not satisfied
with it, or that there is one additional detail
  -- or I might have marked it DONE by mistake.
  -- probably other scenarios I haven't thght of
