We are still working through the wording of the wording for the  
'Reload' dialog. We've narrowed down our concerns to be primarily  
around not leaving the user paralyzed by fear of making the wrong  
decision and deleting all their data.

Mimi and Philippe co-opted the IMAP folders and mail-stamp discussion  
to discuss tweaks to the WHO column. Meanwhile, users have been  
bringing up the WHO column as well on the users list.

Mimi started a thread about sharing URLs, specifically trying to  
figure out how ticketed PIM URLs and non-ticketed MC URLs should be  
presented to the user. I will send out separate summary email for
