Given the minor severity of the reload problem, Morgen and I thought we
could get by with fixing .chex dump, so reload of a few old .chex will
have this pop-to-now problem, but more recent shouldn't suffer from this
particular problem.  The bug for that was bug 10882, it was fixed in
late September.
