I've got a patch for option 2 attached to bug 11010 -- it handles
sending/receiving renames for collections the desktop user "owns" and
also honors inbound renames for desktop-subscribed collections, but
we'll have to deal with name changes to "Cosmo subscriptions" when I
tackle 10983.
