Seems like we're mostly on the same page about sorting in the LATER  
section, but still not settle on the issue of sorting in the NOW  
section.

The 2 options we've discussed thus far for improving sorting in the  
NOW section are:

1. Explicit ordering in the NOW section? versus
2. Auto-sorting items in the NOW section by the Date column (a la  
LATER section) while keeping 'new, unread' items at the top.

It seems to me that if you had a small NOW section, you would prefer 1.
If you had a large NOW section, you'd prefer 2.

Bryan, do you have any questions/insights re: implementation?
