[Cosmo] [Proposal] Calendar Navigation - Month-Week-Day

I've logged 2 bugs to capture additional work I think we need to do to:
1. Provide visual feedback for in-place navigation in the calendar  
month view
2. Integration navigation between month view and week/day view

This is also documented in the wiki spec for Month View -
