1.0 suggestion

Howdy,

I haven't kept up with details surrounding plugins, but
if the process of creating them was _extremely_ well
documented, and as simple as possible, it would increase
the appeal to the mashup/extension crowd, and encourage
the niche applications which Chandler seems suitable for.

Videos, templates, possibly even a custom IDE for plugins
would be welcome by many well situated to promote Chandler.
