Hi Hank, In the version of iTunes I have (version 7), the term is Playlist. iTunes 'folders behave like email or operating system folders. Playlists can only be in 1 folder. I agree that the term Collections is unfamiliar in the context of software. I don't think we need to go as far as doing a user test to come to agreement on that point ;) (On the other hand, collection is a common English term and it is the best expression of how we intend users to use the feature.) Your point is taken and we will take it into consideration as we continue to think about how to refine the interface. Heikki, the reason we don't have overlays in the table is because as usual, it involves a significant chunk of work to get right.
