Yes, I think rolling it into one email is best way to do it. That  
simplifies other aspects of the UI as well.

I also realized that include upcoming tasks in the "Upcoming Report",  
users will need to share Alarms...Currently we don't support per-user  
alarms, so sharing alarms for notifications means sharing alarms with  
everybody else too.
