[Chandler-dev] [Proposal] New bugs for Web Queue

I have logged a bug to improve the out of the box sidebar:

I've also logged a new bug for the ticket view portion of  "Subscribe/ 
Download" from the Sidebar.

Both are targeted for 1.0 under "Reduce the number of concepts  
desktop/CC users need to understand to get started.
