[Chandler-dev] Checkin 5/30/2008

- we are on site at 543 howard on Monday
- we have Middle Earth on 4th floor for Monday and Shambhala T-Th
- will be in around 9:30-ish
- plan for week is crank on 1.0 - give people chance to work on stuff  
together

- plan social activities
- go for lunch some afternoon - could do matinee movie as well
- we can stay in office on Friday too
- also spend some time re: post 1.0 - spend an afternoon  
brainstorming that

- working on stuff for board - arrange another board mtg - get up to  
speed on stuff Katie is doing

* sheila -  there are users posting to list that aren't subscribed to  
list - need to make sure we reply directly

- got in touch with some people - re: meetings and setting up  
aspiration seminar for chandler

- also drafted email to submit some chandler user stories as tips to  
lifehacker

travis
- landed detail view (huzzah)
- working on getting a test instance at trunk
- hub images are out of date I think
- also emailing avner re: summer of code project - coding has begun!
- sent him instructions for replicating his git repo on github, so  
hopefully we'll be able to watch his progress there

* sheila - should we be sending some update out about that or is it  
too early travis?
* travis - too early, but do want to blog about couple pieces of  
infrastructure I've set up / processes I've figure out in course of  
getting him set up

- today: bug list fu + detail view testing + catching up on some list  
communication

randy
- on site next week, ETA 11:30AM Monday
- more work on notifications, writing simple test code to create/ 
manipulate schedules (represented as user properties for now) so I  
can do more testing
- playing with gcal's notifications

- tweaked login page, changing auth text, done with my bugs (except  
notification UI) what should I work on next?

- travis: I have bugs you can crank on for sure

* sheila - Jeffrey: maybe we can talk about that on Monday. I wanted  
to spend some time with hamstar and tvachon on the web UI  
tweaks...perhaps there is some work there.

grant
- Fix Bug 12012 (Make "shutting down" dialog friendlier)
- Looked into Bug 12104 following conversation on IRC. (unexpected  
timezone sent to server)
- more bug fixing coming up
