- finishing up negate/OrElse changes by making sure that local  
bindings don't escape negated or "or-ed" clauses
- should check in today or Monday

- spent bunch of time yesterday trying to track down weird tz issue
- was not successful
- but fixed a couple of other issues i found
- now i'm seeing the tz issue again, so continuing to investigate

* grant - do you still think it's a race?
* randy - don't know, it only happens at certain times of the day

- not too much to report, should be back next week part time

- obsessing on some issues i've seen with custom recurrence dialog
- will commit and do test builds this afternoon
