Hi, everyone

This morning, I've created 1.0 branches for the chandler and  
localizations/chandler projects, and have fired off our first  
candidate build. So, we are officially in "showstopper only mode" for  
Chandler Desktop 1.0: we will be testing release candidates until the  
release is deemed ready.
