Translations deadline (Re: [Chandler-dev] Chandler Desktop 1.0 branch created)

Also, since this was constituted localization freeze for 1.0, and we'd  
like a week or of testing of the release candidate before releasing  
1.0, I think we should have a deadline for translations of end-of-day  
next Wednesday (July 31). Speak up if you have any objections ...
