That function is declared in openssl 0.9.8.g at least: openssl/evp.h:int
EVP_CIPHER_CTX_block_size(const EVP_CIPHER_CTX *ctx);. It is used in one
location in M2Crypto source code.

Is it declared and defined in the patched OpenSUSE OpenSSL sources?
