Jared
- IRC bot shuffle, per list email
- Wrapped up logistics on free VM account
- Got conf call admin transferred to OSAF, waiting for followup to an  
email to the admins about lowering our charge
- Started arranging with Lisa giving back one machine in our GNi  
colo. (IETF machine)
- Shut off some services on people server.
- Continued cleanup of backups; started a delete that still hasn't  
finished.
- Turned down memory on a few virtual servers and rebooted, in  
preparation for making new servers on those boxes.
- Next up on that: creation of a new mail-handling VM.

* Sheila - Where are we on the hardware buy back plan. Don't some  
former employees still have machines?
* Jared - Not working on it. Can send you list of what's outstanding.

- Checked in desktop changes
- Working on Hub UI tweaks: bug 12334 (Fix recovery pages)

- 1/2 done cleaning up src files
- Bunch of list emails
- Wrote thoughts on grant's re-arch writeup

Grant
- Backed out fix to Bug 12231, as it seems to be causing crashes.  
Once tinderboxes have rolled new tarballs, will do 1.0.1 release.
- Some discussion with Jared re:build system; replaced hard-coded IP  
address with hostname in preparation for move.
- Finished rearchitecture writeup for chandler-dev@ ... mulling  
mimi's response.
- Fix Bug 11860, Bug 12338 for 1.0.1
- Review changes from Jeffrey, merge all relevant 1.0 changes from  
trunk to branch.

- Chandler bug #12231: Dialogs should pop up on mouse-up instead of  
mousedown
- Chandler bug #11860: Chandler suddenly exits (crashes?) after  
trying to install a plugin
- Chandler bug #12338: Adding notes and messages from the calendar  
from context menu in calendar view displays error in (K)Ubuntu Hardy

Sheila
- Phone call with your lawyer this morning to discuss changing our  
bylaws and bringing new people on the board. It's kind of complicated  
so we went over a strategy.
- Need to find new lawyer as well.
- Talked to Citigroup guy today.
- Have Quicken statement for Aug - need to reconcile with budget.
- List emails.

* Sheila - Grant, what is plan for QA for 1.01?
- QA session tomorrow
- Grant send out announcement once 1.01 build is going
