I did a sweep through the untargeted Desktop bugs.

I was pretty brutal ;) and Futured or 1.0-Candidated most things
unless they were blocker issues we had heard lots of complaints from
users.

- Issues that haven't been commonly reported I futured.
- Issues that lots of people have reported I added to 1.0-Candidate.
(We should probably rename this milestone? and have a discussion
about what it means wrt Re-arch.)

There are 4 bugs in 1.0.2 - http://tinyurl.com/56clvm

We haven't actually had a lot of people complain about any of these
issues. So I'm not sure if they merit attention now. The only that
might be worth fixing anyway is the Holiday Calendar issue. The
events aren't triaging correctly and it's sort of embarrassing given
that it's an OOTB collection ;) We can "fix" it by simply having a
few of us gain read-write access to the collection so we can manually
triage when the auto-triage fails. https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/

The remaining untargeted bugs: http://tinyurl.com/65b6y4

Jeffrey / Grant / Jeffrey: It'd be great if you could take a sweep
through the remaining bugs and weigh in on how you think they should
be prioritized. They are the ones where I felt I didn't have enough
information to even propose a target.

I also cleaned up the components list and reassigned bkirsch's stuff
to Jeffrey and Grant.

Now onto Cosmo!
