There was a web site outage for OSAF, for the chandlerproject.org landing page and the wiki, from about 11pm PST last night. http://archive.osafoundation.org/munin/osafoundation.org/manu.osafoundation.org.html I had to reboot the server to restore access, as I couldn't ssh to the box in a timely fashion. It looks something like a web-crawler robot gone awry, but I haven't tracked it down yet. (An "innocent" robot can sometimes do this, as there are many links on our pages, like backlinks, RSS feeds, and more which can take up a lot of CPU if they are accessed. I have many of these blocked to the biggest robots, but frequently find more.) Thanks for the report, Sheila. I have a todo item to restore at least some basic site monitoring from an offsite service to shorten the time in which we detect these errors. -- Jared _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Open Source Applications Foundation "chandler-dev" mailing list http://lists.osafoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/chandler-dev
