[chandler-dev] Chandler 2.0 / ReArch project wiki page

Hey all. I was (am) on IRC chatting with GBaille about creating a 
general user facing page which would have an overview of the future of 
Chandler post 1.x - the ReArch project, goals, status etc. Mostly 
something to point users to so that they can see what is planned, what 
is happening, etc. Point to

and perhaps an "ideas for 2.x UI" - so people can see that a RichText 
Notes editor has been suggested before ;). I'd add this mostly because 
Bugzillia is not a friendly interface for most people.

Anyway, i'd be interested in at least taking a stab at building the 
skeleton of this - i don't have all the info to flesh it all out. But i 
don't really know where it should live?

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
