[chandler-dev] [ANN] Chandler Simplified Chinese l10n

Hi list,
We are a team of  6 people, after few day's collaborative team work, the
first Chandler Simplified Chinese locale is here.

Still the translation is not perfect, the "OK" button text is fixed 確認 and
could not be translated, also the TOTD window text "Show tips at start up"
is fixed Traditional Chinese text. How can we change that?
