[chandler-dev] Glossary entries for DV, TS and other acronyms - maximising search results in Bugzilla

added DV and TS. 

To 'Report a bug' <http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/ReportABug> I have
added a reference to the glossary.

In OSAF Bugzilla: 

 * are there any other commonly occurring acronyms that are peculiar to OSAF
products?
