[chandler-dev] Couldn't find package python-icu

Following <http://chandlerproject.org/Developers/ChandlerTwoSetup> but using
Ubuntu 9.04: 

$ sudo apt-get install python-icu
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package python-icu

Any suggestions?
