Web site downtime Friday

We're planning a small downtime of 30 min Friday (time TBD) for the OSAF
web/wiki server.  The goal is to quadruple the memory in that box to
mitigate the swap-space "thrashing" on that box that has paralyzed that box
more than once in the last week.
