I made an OSAF-branded template for S5 for our OSCON presentation.

We went with PPT instead, but if you want an OSAF look for your 
presentation, you can grab the needed files here:

http://svn.osafoundation.org/docs/trunk/docs/oscon2006/cosmoScooby/ui/default/

For now, if you want to use it, the easiest thing to do is probably just 
to drop that stuff into /ui/default. I'll be happy to package it up 
nicely in whatever is the S5 way if there's interest.
