Interns presentation dry runs

Hi,

Here's the schedule for tomorrow dry runs in Whoville:

Ernersto and Xun : did you get all the Bridge and VNC info I sent you 
earlier today?

Demos: Grant's laptop is on my desk (for the moment, Vinu is using it, 
installing his demo). If you have software to demo, you should come 
tomorrow morning before the dry run and try to install. If you have a 
demo working off your machine right now and don't have time to install 
before the dry run, we use your machine for the dry run.

Slides: you should have sent your slides to me already... So far, I got 
only Xun's and Vinu's... Remember: we will *not* switch machines for the 
presentation so we need all of the slides on the same machine (and 
actually the same slide deck to make things even smoother). BTW, I 
updated the template to use Matt's nicer background and styles. It 
doesn't change anything to your content so not to worry about that. You 
can grab the new template off the intern's page.

Well, we have 3 hours tomorrow. We should be able to iron most of the 
kinks out of this in that session.
