New chandler-users@ mailing list

The time has come to create a new mailing list specifically for users. 
We've been getting reports that the dev lists feel too technical for 
end-users to ask questions, and people would like a forum to ask 
questions and collaborate on answers.

This list is intended for end users of the whole system: Chandler the 
desktop app as well as Cosmo and the osaf.us service. Note that people 
who are downloading and running cosmo/snarf likely fall into a different 
category, and should probably continue to ask technical questions on 
cosmo-dev@. We chose the "chandler-users" name for the list as 
"Chandler" is the name we are looking at using for the whole set of 
products.

OSAF staff will be on the list; we also welcome others to join in and 
help answer questions and collaborate on solving problems. This list is 
a great place to discuss bugs and feedback you might have from trying 
out Chandler and Cosmo.
