Chandler Project Wiki Homepage

I have done a pass at the wiki homepage. There is a lot of missing  
copy. Here's the general idea:

1. Provide an overview of the Chandler Projects and how they feed  
into the Chandler Products.
2. Provide an overview of the technologies used/supported by Chandler
3. Provide an overview of the Wiki areas. I have written a short  
paragraph describing the Product wiki. It would be great if the other  
wiki area owners could fill in their parts.

Open issues:
+ Need to write the copy for the Chandler Technologies area
+ Are the diagrams accurate? readable? Priscilla suggested having a  
thumbnail of the Technologies diagram that could expand to a bgger  
version on a separate page so that it wouldn't compete with the  
Product-Project diagram. I tried to solve that problem by placing the  
Technologies section below the Product-Project section. But I still  
need to make the expanded version of the Technology diagram...Perhaps  
it should live on the Engineering homepage?

+ I have Planning and Engineering hilites links in the right-hand  
sidebar? Any candidates for the Engineering hilites?
+ Which wiki area does the Homepage belong in? Can we have a Project  
wiki area that doesn't show up in the main navbar? or is somehow  
represented by the Chandler Project + Logo? See: http://
