I have made a pass at streamlining, consolidating the For Developers
page based on what we have today:
+ Chandler Desktop: http://chandler.osafoundation.org/fordevelopers.php
+ http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/CosmoDevelopmentHome

The info is organized in the following way:

1. Get / Download / Check out source code
2. Overview
3. Help Us! Projects to contribute to.
4. List of Known bugs | Patch Submission Guidelines

5. Tutorials - Chandler Desktop only

6. Reference Material

7. Testing - Cosmo only

8. Developer Tools

+ Do I have the right prioritization of information?
+ Anything missing?
+ What's out-dated? Do we need it for Preview? If so, who should
update it?

+ Overview for Chandler Desktop, Katie? I imagine this overlaps
heavily with Vision Doc work and Engineering Wiki Area intros you're
working on already.

+ Help Us page needs updating - Ted has said he will take this on.
- I'm assuming we need Help Us project list for both Chandler Desktop
and Cosmo...

+ List of Known Bugs: Sheila, we'll have pages for these, correct?

+ Cosmo-QA folks, what about the stuff in Red in the Testing area?

+ Do we need a section of Testing for Chandler Desktop as well?

+ Do we need to update the Architecture document for Chandler
Desktop? The one we have now is: http://chandler.osafoundation.org/
docs/0.7/overview.html
