As far as I know, there aren't any plans to have a 'What's New' page  
for Preview. I think it will make sense to do that for post-Preview  
releases, but I don't know that it's worth doing one for Preview itself.

Pieter, let me know if you want / need any help laying out the  
whirlwind / table of contents section.
