Anything actually stored in the wiki will be camelcaps.  The redirects 
I'd like to keep lowercase as they've been implemented, as they read 
better when being embedded in text.

I've updated one redirect so that both /WikiHome and /wikihome.  The 
logo graphic that I linked there recently has been updated to point to 
/wikihome to promote lowercase versions of these:
