Moving Teams/Planning Wiki Pages and Normalizing WikiNames for LeftNav Pages

Jared, Should chandlerproject.org/guide be /getstarted...to be  
consistent with /getinvolved? (Not a big deal.)

FYI: I HAVE DONE THE FOLLOWING

All the Teams Pages are now in the Teams Wiki Area.

if you think you need it.

I also moved the Desktop and Server 0.7 Planning Pages and normalized  
their WikiNames to be consistent.
