Update on FAQ

For better or worse, I have filled out most of the FAQ.

I have filed 2 bugs.

1 for Jared to fill out the remainder of the Chandler Hub section.

1 for Ted/Katie to review what I have for some of the 'touchier'  
subjects on the FAQ and for guidance on how to answer the 'Who are

I will continue to update the end-user portions of the FAQ as I pull  
together the Known Issues page.
