daily sync up meetings

As we enter the last stages of the Preview release, both server and 
desktop teams are having daily meetings to coordinate remaining work.

Server/Hub: 10am in #cosmo
- Cosmo devs doing load balancing

Desktop: 4pm in #chandler
- Bug council, release meeting

If you have an issue that needs the attention of either team, you know 
you can get people's attention at these times.

Right now we don't have any cross product bugs that require a lot of 
coordination; if we do we can use these times to coordinate as well.

The meta-message is: if you have a preview related problem that needs 
coordination or discussion, speak up and don't sit on it.
