Re: Preview meeting agenda: Aug 13

Action items from Preview meeting:
- Katie and Jared to review getting started guide for Hub content
- Ted to send updated plan for blog entries to pr list
- Jared to start list thread about tuning mysql and cosmo vm (would like 
Randy's help)
- Katie to create ticket for KEI to make screencasts available for tests

Decisions:
- Bear will drive screencast hosting decisions for Preview

- Aparna will arrange two migration test sessions, one Monday afternoon 
and another on Tuesday. Two goals: validate bugs from last session and 
get through all of the scenarios.

- KKIE test session moved to Friday due to room logistics. We'd like to 
get some developers to come in on Friday to participate in the session 
(at lunchtime).

- Jared, Ted and Aparna will meet on Thursday to discuss server/hub 
release schedule after preview

Other:
- Bear is feeling good about the run book and his ability to handle 
things while Jared is on vacation.

- Documentation is ready for review, or will be later this week (OSAF 
FAQ, Product FAQ, Vision Doc, Feature List, Release Notes, Known Issues)
