Mailing list reply-to defaults changed

Hi all,

Subject to our previous discussion, I've changed the default reply  
behavior for our main lists to be 'reply to list'.  The lists which I  
changed are:

chandler-dev
chandler-users
cosmo-dev
design
general
Localization
service-dev
tools-dev
