Re: Preview meeting agenda: Aug 20

My notes from the meeting are a little slim. The big decisions of the week:

* Server release and hub upgrade expected this week (the week starting 
Aug 27). Yay!

* We have the first desktop RC, and desktop developers are helping test 
it. As long as we don't find anything egregious, we won't block the hub 
upgrade.

* We believe the desktop rc to be far superior to alpha4 and 0.6.1. 
We're highlighting this release on the desktop download page.

* The server team is looking at 0.7.x releases and 0.8. The goal is to 
have quick releases, the conversation about how to manage that 
effectively is happening on cosmo-dev. A full suite of automated tests 
is critical, developers on the server team are writing tests.
