No link to RC1 on Chandler Downloads page

While the wiki page says "Help us test our first Preview Release
Candidate (RC-1)", there is no link to it. I had to search the
email archives to find the URL to
http://downloads.osafoundation.org/chandler/releases/0.7.0/

Should RC1 replace alpha5 as the latest release? Or be added
as its own section?
