Actually, the reason that there is such a difference is because the 
Wiki was built by committee, and we changed our minds several times 
about what the right name for a page should be.  Something is (or 
was) broken in the OSAF wiki such that changing the name of the page 
wouldn't change the pages that linked to the page.

I've asked Juergen to fix that bug but haven't followed up.
