Fwd: request: feedback on hiring process

Hi Kaitlin:

Here's a summary of where we are in the hiring:

Community Coordinator: We've hired someone. An announcement will follow 
shortly.

Product Manager: We've settled on a first choice candidate and will make 
an offer next week.

Software Engineer: We just hired David McCusker, who started two days 
ago. We are also making an offer to Robin Dunn as a contractor for 6 
months, who I hope will start next week. I hope to interview two 
additional candidates next week.

System Administrator: We've interviewed two candidates and will continue 
interviewing.

I have to apologize on being behind on the job posts -- it's 
overwhelming (and the applicants are really impressive). I will try to 
get caught up next week and reply to each applicant individually.
