Heeee.... heee... Looks like you are right. BIOS clock support is
built INTO the FC kernel.
But, his complaint was the colck shows _last_ shutdown time, not that
there is an inconsistency in time.
Guess `tzconfig' or `tzsetup` from each of distros might
help. Remember to use `ctrl C' to abort.
