Well, sorry to be picky, but experience had shown that two months is a bit
optimistic. The Unicode committee meets once per month, but the ISO working
group only meets twice or thrice a year (last was in China in January, next
is in September in Southern France)...

Furthermore, while various Malaylam numbers show up on
http://www.unicode.org/alloc/Pipeline.html with codepoints, the cillus (with
codepoints proposed for allocation at 0D7A..0D7F) seem to be now on the
http://www.unicode.org/alloc/rejected.html page, which is NOT a Good Sign.

Sorry, I do not know what happened on August 12th; will investigate.
