Status of Software Freedom day

Present status of the FSUG-Kochi SFD celebrations.

1) Ramakrishana Reddy, IndLinux developer from Bangalore has agreed to give a
talk on LAMP at our Software Freedom day(Sep 10th) celebration.

2) The SFD CDs have arrived in Cochin and is presently in the custody of the
Girinagar post office officials.

I am asked to pay Rs 5000/- for the same and also asked to report to them within
the next 10 days. I have requested a clearing letter from the SFD folks stating
that the CDs were shipped to me for "Free as in Free Chai" distribution and i
was not required to pay for the same.

3) I have prepared the materials to be released to the press.

I need advice/feedback on how to proceed and volunteers from the community to
make this event a success.
