Malayalam Dictionary for GNU Aspell

Just a proof of concept; and plenty of work is required; but see

The  word  list is  taken  from the  .po  files  from Malayalam  GNOME
Project,and  the initial  work  for  compiling this  was  done at  the
IndLinux workshop at Mumbai.

I will be just maintaining, expanding and fixing the list.

I have a severe download bandwidth limit there; so please bear with me
if you cannot access the file occassionally.
